Every part is finished by hand, with some parts requiring as many as twelve manufacturing steps protected with the finest acrylic lacquer to achieve the finest quality finishes available in the USA.
I just wanted to say that I have received the knobs I ordered, installed them, and they look great. I spent 3 weeks looking the "right" knobs when came across your website. It was the only place I could find the same basic knob made in different diameters. This was critical for the look I was going for. I have attached a picture of the item I made.
