    These knobs are constructed from good solid material. The have the feel of a very quality piece. Some slight scratching of the finish was seen on some of the knobs (but I used them in less prominent places). The order was received in a timely fashion and I was so thrilled with the look of the knobs, I did not bother to request replacements.
