Susan W., Blue Springs, MO:
I purchased this shelf to coordinate with the Delta Venetian Bronze Bath Accessories to use in a small connecting bath to hang over the toilet to hold decor items that compliment what I was putting on the wall. The shelf is not very deep, which I knew when I ordered it, but works great for what I had in mind. I love it. Couldn't be happier with it! Looks great! Moderately priced! Buy it! THE REST OF THE STORY... This was my first experience to order online from myknobs.com; and once I located what I was looking for, it was a great experience. I anticipate ordering items from myknobs.com again in the future. I now have EXACTLY the shelf I was looking for, which I could not locate in ANY area retail store nor other online source. I am happy with my purchase and the order/delivery experience thru myknobs.com, once I found the product I was looking for. I knew a matching shelf to the Delta Venetian Bronze Bath Accessories existed because I had purchased one/had one in a prior home we owned in a different area, else I would not have had sufficient tenacity to locate it online ANYWHERE, ANY SITE, and I looked on MANY! (Of which, I was most impressed with myknobs.com.) What I didn't remember/know, until I was reminded by the local plumbing supply store clerk as I made my "final" attempt to find a source locally thru which I could order this shelf since I could not initially locate it online, was that the shelf I was looking for was likely from a different vendor than Delta. (It turns out the packaging box for the shelf says Delta Coordinates and looks similar to the packaging the rest of the products come in, so I didn't feel quite so stupid that I hadn't picked up on that when having purchased this same products a couple of years ago.) However, that tidbit of information gave me the "clue" I needed to actually come back to myknobs.com, FIND the exact one I was looking for, and "KNOW" that it was the "right" one. The search facility on myknobs.com had appeared to be so well organized and complete, in retrospect, I'm surprised it didn't have a way for it to "show up" with the grouping it matches even though a different brand. (Or at least have PROMINENT notes and/or links both ways for "coordinating products" at either spot.) I think they'd sell a lot more product if they did that. (If said links/cross-references already exist, I missed seeing them the multiple times I looked at the site in the middle of the night when I do my online shopping!)
