Placing your sample order
- A Sample Order can contain up to 3 different items ( 1 quantity of each item )
- Just place your order online as you would a regular order, and be sure to choose the sample box on the order form
- Please understand that offering samples is very costly; no credit will be issued unless a subsequent order is placed for $100 or more
- Any item with a sale price over $15 cannot be considered a sample
- Orders containing more than three items will not be considered a sample order
- Sample orders are non-returnable
Once you receive your sample(s)
- Open your samples and feel free to place them on your cabinets
- Show them to a friend, get others' opinions, and make sure you're happy with your selection
Your subsequent order
- After you place your subsequent order we will credit back the full amount of your original samples
- You must place an order for $100 or more before tax and shipping
- Please contact us one business day or later after your order is placed to request your credit
- You will not receive credit for any shipping on your sample order
- You must place your subsequent order within 30 days of the date from which your sample order was received.
Exceptions
- The sample policy refers to cabinet hardware ONLY with a sale price of under $15 each
- Samples may not be ordered for bath accessories, switchplates, doorbells, and other home accents

Shipping
- Sample Orders are shipped USPS (United States Postal Service). Please inform us if you cannot recieve USPS service at the address you provided on your order.
- All sample card orders are shipped FREE
