I love the look and feel of this Pull. We did have a problem with one - the screw broke off during installation, and the end got stuck in the screw hole, rednering it unusable. But we called MyKnobs.com, and a new one was sent, free of charge, within 5 days. Other than that, very happy with them. Good quality for the price.
