I purchased these backplates because my cabinets already had holes for both hands and centered knobs so I needed to cover the hole to reinstall handles. These not only solved my problem but look beautiful! There's a slightly different sheen from one side to another so you can pick whether you want a shinier side facing out or a more matte satin finish. They're good quality and heavy.
