I give a lot of credit to Myknobs for including the full dimensions of this hinge since I could not find a matching hinge anywhere locally. The hinge had the correct hole distances which meant I pull out the old and install the new. They are easy to adjust and closes the door with the force I wanted -- Strong. I needed this door to close when my garage doors were open and it does so with force. I installed 1 in the top hinge and one on the bottom hinge. This was the set up I had and it made sense to have even push on both ends of the door. I have only had these installed for a few weeks now and can only hope overtime they last.

You don't expect perfect at $32 and you sure don't expect customer service that knows the products and helps you quickly and courteously. Well with MyKnobs.com you can! I called to find the right product and they were very good. The product showed up sooner than was expected and packed in such a way that they were in perfect condition. The product packaging came with directions that were easy to follow (to calibrate the tension ) and with the right tool to make it happen. These folks are the best and this is coming from someone who uses Amazon weekly and wanted to buy it there.
