So I purchased two 20’ pull bars for my bathroom (couldn’t find ANY other gold ones on the web!) and ordered them standard, received them within 3-4 days, when I expected 5-10 business days. Yay! One of them had a broken base and I called to get assistance, and was directed to the website. I got a follow up email and was expecting this to take awhile but received a brand new piece within that same, rapid time frame—3-4 days. Excellent! I also wrote a great review for their phone customer service, who were informative and knowledgeable. Recommend.
