Received order of two CRA-110225 doorbells very promptly. Units are as described, are attractive and were easily installed. However the screws included are made of a very soft metal. The threads on the screws stripped out upon assembly of one of the units causing the fixture to be mounted loosely rather than securely. I can give this item 4 stars (because I like the look of the bell) instead of only 3 since my husband was able to get the stripped screws out and was able to use the screws from our old doorbell to attach the new one.
