I give a lot of credit to Myknobs for including the full dimensions of this hinge since I could not find a matching hinge anywhere locally. The hinge had the correct hole distances which meant I pull out the old and install the new. They are easy to adjust and closes the door with the force I wanted -- Strong. I needed this door to close when my garage doors were open and it does so with force. I installed 1 in the top hinge and one on the bottom hinge. This was the set up I had and it made sense to have even push on both ends of the door. I have only had these installed for a few weeks now and can only hope overtime they last.
