Door Accessories - Casement Latch Standard With 3 Strikes in Pewter - Emtek
We have not actually installed these yet. However, I do like the quality of the metal. It is smooth and looks good. Closest match we found to the originals. I did play with the latching mechanism, and it seems to be a smooth and tight fit. I predict I would be able to give 5 stars, but I have not actually used them yet. The indicators are I will be very pleased.

Great product, very well constructed, beautiful finish, easy to install as a replacement for decades-old latch that had broken. Well-packaged and very quick delivery. I will always check at MyKnobs first when I need hardware.
