Traditionale Impresa Knobs - Impresa Single Dummy Door Knob in Polished Brass - Weslock Door Hardware
I received the order within a week and when I went to install one of the knobs I found a very noticeable dent in the top of the handle. Contacted customer service and thought it was really going to be a hassle trying to exchange the product by mail. I sent some photos and within a week received a replacement part and was able to complete the installation. Was overall an imperfect experience but was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness and follow up of the customer service team.
