I had a bit of confidence in ordering this item online because I had already installed new Emtek door knobs of the same finish and style. The tissue holder is good sized and high quality. I am very happy with how it looks in my newly renovated bathroom. My only complaint is that the installation directions are generic and do not include enough detailed information. The item comes with 2 packets of screws, dry wall screws, and a variety of black and clear plastic washers. The washers are mentioned NO WHERE in the instructions. I even went online to various sites, including YouTube to try to find assistance. Since it was a holiday, I did not have the option of directly calling MyKnobs or Emtek. My husband tried a few things and then used his best judgment on which washers to use. I plan to call the company to suggest they upgrade their instructions because it really does matter how you use the washers to best secure the holder onto the wall.
