LOVE IT!! It is stunning - we have the San Michele hardware on our cabinets in the master and were so excited to find the matcing toilet tissue holder - we love it.
I ordered both the toilet tissue ring and 2 towel rings. They are very beutiful, however I had a problem mounting the tissue holder. The set screw refuses to grab the mounting post when the rosette is in place. The screw will literally go all the way through and fall out...it works perfectly without the rosette..this makes no sense whatever. I tried all of the other set screws that came with the package to no avail..so the tissue holder is on the wall without the rosette which makes it look unfinished...perhaps I need another mounting post....I had no problem with the 2 towel rings and they look beautiful...Help !!
