I rent an older home and decided to paint the kitchen while I was off during the pandemic. My five year old granddaughter got a hold of all of the hardware that I took off of the cupboards. We have lived in the house for seven years and just never paid much attention to the existing cabinet knobs until replacing the old green Formica countertops and backsplash. Most of the appliances have been updated to ones with stainless finish so the old brass knobs seemed to really stand out after the new work. We installed the Amerock Inspriations Satin Nickel knobs and it is incredible what a difference it made in the finished product. This small detail was the last element required to coordinate all the upgrades, looks like a new kithen.
