The web site was easy to navigate, communication from MyKnobs was spot on, the order arrived exactly as promised, the product was easy to install and looks great.
This lock is easy to install, despite the somewhat confusing printed instructions included in the box. I lucked out that this lock fit the existing holes in my bedroom doors already. The instructions reference an "emergency unlock function" re the install but do not explain what/where/how this works. I ordered 4 of these locks and they were delivered quickly - but with the same key for all locks. I am working with myknobs to get different keys now. There was no option re this issue when ordering.
Needed to find door levers that matched what was installed in our house. MyKnobs.com is the only place we could find them, price was reasonable and they work perfectly.
