I give a lot of credit to Myknobs for including the full dimensions of this hinge since I could not find a matching hinge anywhere locally. The hinge had the correct hole distances which meant I pull out the old and install the new. They are easy to adjust and closes the door with the force I wanted -- Strong. I needed this door to close when my garage doors were open and it does so with force. I installed 1 in the top hinge and one on the bottom hinge. This was the set up I had and it made sense to have even push on both ends of the door. I have only had these installed for a few weeks now and can only hope overtime they last.
My condo was built in the mid 70s and had 50 years of paint built up on the hinges. The doorknobs are original and the antique brass color too, so these hinges matched them perfectly and let me keep the vintage vibe. They are well made - hefty and heavy. I couldn't be more pleased.
