It was worth the wait, and we received exactly what we ordered the day before our new door was installed. There is one thing that I would have like to have been a part of the package, and that is some kind of paper template to use on the door for installation.

I had been searching for a replacement door knocker to fit the existing holes in my front door for some time. I found just what I needed here. The shipping was prompt. Unfortunately, I found a scratch on the face of the knocker when I opened it. I contacted myknobs and submitted the requested photo of the piece. I was contacted shortly after that by both email and phone and was shipped a new one within a day or two. Fantastic experience in this era of indifferent or no follow up at all. I highly recommend them.
