I ordered the 3" handle and it's great, no problem. The quality, quick delivery, price - all good. My problem was my own fault - looking at my chest of drawers, I never even noticed that the handles on the two top drawers, which are not as deep as the lower drawers, are slightly smaller. So when I measured a handle, I measured the larger handle by mistake and so that's what I ordered, but I should have ordered the smaller one. My fault, so I'll eat it - saving it until I might one day need to replace a larger handle. So be careful! Make sure you are ordering the right size.
