  I replaced the knobs on a chest that was 70 years old (made by my great grandfather) because they were all tarnished and yellowed.  These knobs were similar to what was on the chest. And that's why I chose them.  The knobs totally upgraded this piece of furniture to a really elegant and more expensive look.   I bought the shiny golden brass color.   It was great that two screw lengths came with the knots.  But, the odd thing is, these knobs didn't totally sit flush with the wood but stick out a bit.  They have an extension where you screw them in.  I'd have to redrill a bigger hole to make the handles be a bit more inserted.  But, you can't really see this if you look at the chest straight on, only from an angle.  Shipping was somewhat quick.    Attached are two photos.
