  My wife and I recently had a new custom drawer built that took the place of a fake front just under our gas cooktop in our kitchen. We needed to purchase two (2) pieces of hardware that matched the hardware that was already being used throughout our home. MyKnobs.com had the exact same hardware available, and so we ordered the required number of hardware pulls needed for the job. They came in a few days later and were exactly the same pulls as our existing ones and of course they looked great in our kitchen. Please know that screws did not come with the pulls, so it is necessary to have the correct size screw(s) available for the job ahead of time. We already had four (4) of the necessary and required screws waiting at our home before we received the hardware. My wife spoke with a service representative from MyKnobs.com, in order to place the order, and they worked very well with my wife over the telephone. The customer service department is very efficient and knowledgeable.

  Really nice hardware.  Very heavy and solid high quality but no mounting screws came with them.  I've bought a lot of cabinet pulls in my life and this is the first time I didn't get screws with them.  Fortunately I was swapping out existing pulls so just used the old screws but still thought this was quite odd.
