After looking at our local stores (lowes, Home Depot ect) we couldn’t find the handles we wanted. We searched Amazon and other sites, after looking at what seemed like thousands of pulls. We came across my knobs site, they had the quality and quantity we needed. After going through the process of elimination we came down to two. we called the company and they sent us the handles to review, we made our pick. Upon ordering the one we choose ( full kitchen remodel) they renburst us for the sample handles and we got to keep them! Took 5 days to get the shipment. We went through all 54 of them and found one that had a ding, called the company took a picture and had a new handle the next day! Didn’t have to send that one back either! Great company and love our handles. Our project is not to kick off for a couple months and I will send a picture when it is finished can’t wait.
